Wind Energy Projects – Cut Bank, Montana
Arrow Creek Survey Co. provided professional land surveying services for two wind energy developments totaling more than 32,000 acres. Scope of work included researching, locating, and re-establishing historic section and half-section corner monuments originally set in the late 1800s. Over 200 corner positions were successfully identified and established to support project development. Subdivision Development – Montana Arrow Creek Survey Co. has delivered comprehensive surveying services and subdivision guidance for projects such as this 35-lot residential development. Working across more than 15 counties in Montana, we assist clients throughout the subdivision process while coordinating closely with city and county planning departments to ensure regulatory compliance. Conservation Easements – Montana Arrow Creek Survey Co. works in coordination with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) to provide boundary determination and acreage calculations for conservation easements. Our services include precise surveying, mapping, and documentation to support long-term land conservation and compliance with applicable standards. |
